The Creme de Pamplemousse Rose is made by extracting the essential oils found in grapefruit peels through steam distillation. This keeps the liqueur true to the fruit with a bright aromatic quality and the balanced bitterness and tartness of fresh pink grapefruit.

This liqueur smells of fresh-cut grapefruit with a hint of sweetness. Incredible opening aroma of freshly squeezed grapefruit, pale pink color and an addictive, pillowy entry followed by lip-smacking acidity that finishes with a kiss of sweetness.This can be used in so many ways, but a simple pairing with sparkling wine is probably enough to make anyone very, very happy.
