Aperol is a low-strength aperitif made since 1919 to a secret recipe including both rhubarb and orange along with a wide assortment of herbs and roots. Immensely popular in Italy, its home country.

Bright orange in color it has a unique bitter-sweet taste deriving from a secret recipe that has remained unchanged since its creation. An infusion of precious primary components, many herbs and roots in a perfectly balanced combination.
