La Quina Rouge is an aperitif based on red wine with the addition of Quinquina (a bark containing quinine from South American origin).

A wonderfully bitter aperitif from St Raphaël, Le Quina Rouge is made with cinchona bark and bitter orange peels among other botanicals, balancing the richness of red wine. It's inspired by original recipes, and the bottle looks like it stepped straight out of the 1950s. Negronis all around!
