Premium rum of complex pot still rums aged from 3 to 12 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels. Inviting aromas of tropical fruit and spice. Good balance with hints of baked apple, citrus fruits, and roasted nuts. Finish is warm and long with more smoky oak.
This is a fantastic example of a rum that is dry yet has a sweet profile. This works exceptionally well when sipped on its own, or with a splash of ginger beer.
